COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the View Engineering 450-075-003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Walter-Titex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Von-Ruden parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Walter-Titex such as the E31117 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OHLA manufactured by Von-Ruden and we are pleased to be able to service most Von-Ruden systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10941834 by Manufacturer Weg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warrick-Controls Brand DMS74A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner-Electric such as mcs2000 equipment made by Warner-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MT67EMQV made by Weintek as well as the popular SSW060205T227ESZ original spares produced by Weg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5DP620300 by Ward-Leonard and mcs2000 spares by Warner-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K2G2012VBR18 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Linear. |
